Year Of The Peaceful Sun Reflections on Rada's acoustic concerts There was an event on January 10th on the stage of "Cross Club". It echoed with the feeling of witnessing something incredible and extraordinary: such a thing cannot be happening anywhere in this world! So, one could only assume, it was either a dream, or life after death in Paradise. However, the simplest tests broke both assumptions: it was impossible to fly, having pushed oneself off the floor, as you can easily do in a dream, and a pin prick produced physical pain, which does not exist in Heaven. Well, it wasn't a dream, and the world was still there. It somewhat possible to describe by employing exclusively religious categories: the sensation of supernatural light coming from somewhere beyond this world, but not unreal, far away, distant light. It was as though something real casually touched the skin, the light as clearly felt as a warm plash of sunlight fallen upon your lips. "Today I'm quieter and fonder, You can repose in my wings that are invisible to all." For this is not an electric concert of "Rada and the Blackthorn", usually likes the wind on the Sun surface. It's an acoustic one. Similar acoustic concerts have become a monthly event this year. Clifford Simak wrote: "...they were accompanied, somehow, by a sparkling golden haze that made happy everything it touched - almost as if they moved in some special world that no one else had found. Sitting at the table with them, I seemed to be included in this golden haze and I felt strange, quiet, deep currents of happiness flowing in my veins..." This is very true of Rada. It must have been the world where Adam and Eve used to live, before the story with the apple has occured. There is an opinion, a rather depressing one, that Evil is a prerequisite for Good to exist, but it is somehow forgotten that both Good and Evil came to being as a result of separation from the very first light. The light never ceased to exist, it's just that not everyone can see it. Another fallacy, the most dangerous one, is that the Maker has to soak up all pain of the world, that "If thy soul through furnace comes, More fair, merciful and righteous it becomes" and "No vice - no rhymes". This can only lead to self-destruction and multiplication of pain. Pure light with "shade of no darkness" does exist. It's not an imaginary category, not a human myth, - this becomes obvious at Rada's acoustic concerts. All you have to do is open up your palms... The tiny pieces of ice made by the Snow Queen are melting. Change of perception, discovering the ability to shine within oneself - these are the possible consequences of listening to Rada's music. "Whoever talks to me, should not look me directly in the eyes", Rada says. "He should instead focus on what is behind my back, on the Power that's going through me". It is absolutely inappropriate to shout "Bravo!" during her concerts.
How much do we have left?..
